Prices vary with the departure date, length of stay and hotel concept. Combined Sharm El Sheikh–Cairo tours start around €700 per person, including return flights, airport transfers, all-inclusive accommodation and a Turkish-speaking guide.
The most common programme is five nights and six days — enough for time on the Red Sea coast plus a day trip to Cairo. Shorter three- or four-night programmes suit travellers who mainly want to see the pyramids, while Nile routes taking in Luxor and Aswan, or diving-focused trips, usually run seven nights or more.
October to April is ideal, with daytime temperatures around 22–30 °C and comfortable sightseeing in Cairo. Between June and August inland temperatures can exceed 40 °C. In Sharm El Sheikh the sea stays at 21–23 °C even in winter, so a resort holiday works year-round.
Egypt requires a visa for holders of a Republic of Türkiye passport. For visits of up to 15 days confined to the Sinai Peninsula (Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba) a free “Sinai Only” stamp is issued on arrival. A full tourist visa is required if Cairo, the pyramids or Hurghada are part of the programme. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
The Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Ras Mohamed National Park, the Blue Hole at Dahab, the Giftun Islands off Hurghada, Karnak Temple and the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, and Cairo’s historic Khan el-Khalili bazaar are the most visited stops.
Hotels used in Sharm El Sheikh packages mostly run on all-inclusive or ultra all-inclusive terms. Resorts with a private beach usually provide snorkelling equipment at no extra charge. The specific hotel is stated on each tour’s own page.
