The balloons take off from the west bank of the Nile before sunrise; during the approximately 45-minute flight, you can see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon from above. Hotel pickup is approximately 2 hours before sunrise. Crossing the Nile by boat is part of the program. The flight is weather-dependent; if it is cancelled due to wind, you will receive a refund or be rescheduled for the following day.
