The Shaab El Erg reef off the coast of Hurghada, locally known as “Dolphin House”, is home to a colony of spinner dolphins year-round. The boat anchors near the reef; if dolphins are in the area, you may be able to snorkel in the same water. Dolphins are wild animals—their appearance is not guaranteed, and you must follow the guide’s instructions to avoid disturbing them. The tour also includes snorkeling stops at two separate reef sites and a buffet lunch on board.
