Please arrive at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport for your flight; it is recommended that you be there at least three hours before departure. We depart for Belgrade with Pegasus Airlines (departure 10:30, arrival 10:15). The Belgrade itinerary includes visits to the Bajrakli Mosque and Kalemegdan. Serbia’s capital, Belgrade, is known for its fortress, pedestrian streets, and riverside areas. The Bajrakli Mosque dates back to the 18th century and is the only mosque still standing in Belgrade today. Kalemegdan is a fortress and park area at a high point where the Sava and Danube meet, and is known as the city’s oldest settlement. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 — Belgrade

Your day begins with an open-buffet breakfast at the hotel. The itinerary includes an optional excursion to Novi Sad, where you will visit St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, Four Lions Fountain, Petrovaradin Fortress, Petrovaradin Clock Tower, Liberty Square, the Cathedral of the Name of Mary and the Svetozar Miletić Monument. Those who do not choose this optional excursion can enjoy free time at the hotel throughout the day. Novi Sad, the center of Vojvodina, is known for its squares, the banks of the Danube and Petrovaradin Fortress. Dating back to the 18th century, Petrovaradin Fortress overlooks the Danube and is known for its tunnel system and clock tower. The hands of the clock, a symbol of the fortress, are reversed so that the time can be read from a distance. Overnight at the hotel.
