Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Istanbul – Palermo
Meet at the international departures terminal at Istanbul Airport; it is recommended that you arrive at least three hours before the flight. Fly to Palermo on Turkish Airlines flight TK1373 (departure 06:50, arrival 08:25). After arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour. During the day, see the Norman Palace, the Cathedral of the Hermits, Politeama Square, and the Palace of the Normans. Overnight at a hotel in Palermo.
Day 2 — Palermo
Following breakfast, we set out on a tour of Palermo. Norman Castle is visited during the day. Lunch and dinner are at the guests' own expense. Overnight stay at a hotel in Palermo.
Day 3 — Palermo – Catania
After breakfast, the day is spent travelling along the Palermo–Catania route. During the day, you visit Mount Etna, Cefalù Cathedral, the Fishermen's Gate, Sant'Agata Cathedral and Republic Square. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Accommodation is at a hotel in Catania.
Day 4 — Catania
After breakfast, the Catania sightseeing tour begins. During the day, you will visit Taormina, Mount Etna, and the Ancient Greek-Roman Theatre. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Overnight at a hotel in Catania.
Day 5 — Catania – Istanbul
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport. Return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1396 (departure 19:25, arrival 22:45). During the day, you will see the Fountain of Arethusa, the Temple of Athena, Syracuse Cathedral, the Fountain of Diana and the Temple of Apollo.
