Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 — From Istanbul to Sarajevo

The trip begins with a meeting at the international terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport; you are advised to arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure. Depart for Sarajevo with Pegasus Airlines (departure 08:40, arrival 09:35). After arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour covering Baščaršija, Sebil Square, the Copperworkers' Bazaar, Latin Bridge, the Sacred Heart Cathedral and the Eternal Flame Monument. Sarajevo is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Ottoman bazaar streets sit alongside avenues from the Austro-Hungarian period. Baščaršija was established in the 15th century and is considered the heart of the city, with its copperware shops, small independent stalls and Sebilj Fountain. Copperworking is still practiced on Kazandžiluk Street in the Copperworkers' Bazaar, where handmade coffee pots and plates are produced. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 — Sarajevo

The day begins with an open-buffet breakfast at the hotel. An optional excursion is organized for those who wish to join, visiting Blagaj Tekke, the Neretva River, the Blagaj Dervish Lodge, Mostar Old Bridge, Mostar Bridge, and the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Those who do not join the excursion can enjoy free time at the hotel throughout the day. Blagaj Tekke, founded in the 16th century where the Buna River emerges from the foot of a cliff, is one of the Balkans' best-known dervish lodges. The Neretva River flows through the Herzegovina region and is known for its turquoise waters and the bridge in Mostar. Mostar Old Bridge, locally known as Stari Most, is a 16th-century Ottoman structure. After its reconstruction, it was added to the UNESCO list and became famous for the tradition of bridge diving. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 — From Sarajevo to Istanbul

After breakfast, you will leave the hotel and be transferred to the airport. You will return to İstanbul on a Pegasus Airlines flight (departure 16:10, arrival 20:00). Before going to the airport, you can visit the Tunnel of Hope, Baščaršija, the Bosna River and Vrelo Bosne National Park as part of an optional excursion; those who do not choose this tour can enjoy free time at the hotel. The Tunnel of Hope is a passage dug by hand beneath the airport runway during the years of the siege and is now open to visitors as a museum.
